The Supervisor of Independent Living provides direct supervision to the Independent Living Coordinators, Independent Living Navigator, and Administrative Assistant to ensure the programs are being conducted according to best practices, accreditation standards, agency policies and procedures, and in accordance with existing law.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in social work and/or related field required with a minimum of three years' experience in the social services field is required. Master's in social work (MSW) and/or related field preferred. The Supervisor must have a sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences in the organization's employment and service population.
Other Requirements
Child Protective Professional Certification required
Current Background Clearance Screening Letter
Valid Florida driver's license and insurable by agency's current insurance carrier
Must carry company provided smart phone with data plan for business communications during and outside business hours
