Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resident billing, collections, and financial records
  • Oversee Medicare/Medicaid and insurance claim processing
  • Supervise office staff and daily administrative operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
  • Provide financial reports to facility leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and third-party payers
Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care billing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
