Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders to fabricate new machine parts to required dimensions and tolerances; Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand specifications, tolerances, and machining requirements; Perform machine setups and changeovers to efficiently run different parts and jobs; Measure and inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality; Troubleshoot issues with machinery and machining processes and perform minor repairs
