Job Description

We are looking for a Limonadier!

Are you passionate about service, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a friendly and demanding environment? Join the team at Camping Les Sablons and help us provide our guests with an unforgettable experience between sea and nature!

Your main responsibility:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, respecting hygiene and food safety standards, while contributing to the smooth operation of the bar.

Your tasks will include:

1. Preparation and Service of Beverages

• Make classic cocktails and hot or cold drinks according to recipes.
• Ensure the presentation and quality of the beverages served.

2. Customer Service

• Welcome and serve customers with courtesy.
• Advise customers on drinks and answer their questions.
• Handle special requests or complaints.

3. Management and Hygiene

• Record sales and manage the cash register.
• Monitor stock levels and participate in restocking.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and equipment, applying HACCP rules.

Practical Note:

Contract: Seasonal

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Duration: Available from now until September 15, 2026

Workplace: Camping Les Sablons – Portiragnes

Accommodation: Possible depending on availability

Profile Required

Skills and Required Abilities:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is desirable, but motivated beginners are welcome.
• Knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation techniques.
• Proficiency with bar machines and equipment.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety rules.
• Organization and discipline.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility and autonomy.
• Good command of English (German is a plus).
