Job Description
* Lead on-site delivery of remodels and select ground-up projects
* Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
* Maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance
* Partner closely with project managers and clients

The Successful Applicant
* Proven Lead Superintendent experience in retail construction
* Big-box or grocery remodel background
* Walmart project exposure preferred
* Strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills
* Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
