Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report hazards, suspicious behavior, and other security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while assisting with visitor screening, direction, and general support in accordance with site policies and post instructions
