Empath Health - - Responsibilities: Assist patient in maintenance of good personal hygiene and promote a healthful, clean and safe environment; Prepares and serves regular and special diets as directed; Assists with feeding as needed; Gives partial or complete bath or shower, and offers/performs frequent oral hygiene; Changes bed linen as indicated in Care Center practices and/or at patient/family request
