Job Details

Custodial tasks include but are not limited to: Cleaning floors (vinyl, carpet, and wood), windows, lavatories, shower/locker facilities and windows; emptying trash receptacles, dusting furniture and arranging for occasional contract cleaning services, i.e. draperies. Outdoor tasks may include pressure cleaning of tennis courts, vacuuming of bocce courts, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning water fountains, and cleaning outdoor furniture. Serve the guest and residents in the capacity of basic instructions for activities and use of facilities. Provide information to guests and residents as to events and activities. Performs other duties as required. Requirements Physical Requirements:Must be capable of driving a car and possess a valid driver's license.
