The professional in this position manages the Brazen Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) program and provides SRA Education to Florida Department of Health clients and residents of Marion County. The duties and responsibilities of this position include managing and leading the Health Educators within the Brazen sexual risk avoidance program to provide services throughout Marion County. This is a grant funded position if funding is discontinued this position may be eliminated. Manages the Brazen Sexual Risk Avoidance program. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating program implementation, assisting in staff training and managing program mandates (including program monitoring and evaluation). Assisting in selection of new staff, developing performance plans, and responsible for planning and directing their daily work schedule.
