R+L Carriers - - Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment including wood pellet mills, hammer mills, drum dryers, dust collectors, hydraulics, augers, conveyor belts, drag chains, and air compressors; Monitor daily plant operations to ensure peak performance; Troubleshoot and identify root causes of downtime and perform necessary machinery repairs; Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures; Design and fabricate parts for repairs or new installations
