Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Respond to guest requests and assist with maintenance needs as directed by management; Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder; Maintain organized and clean maintenance areas and properly safeguard tools; Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current; Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel areas as needed by management
