Expeditor/Food Runner

FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Expeditor/Food Runner team, and we would love to welcome potential candidates to apply.

Expeditor/Food Runner Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the Front of House to the Kitchen
• Ensuring orders are being prepared with correct priority
• Assisting in the final preparations of dishes
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Deliver completed orders to the tables in a fast and efficient manner
• Use seat numbers while delivering food, no auctioning at the table
• Uphold the quality and sanitation standards.
• Transfer important information between the Kitchen and the Front of House
