Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications ASHA (CCC-SLP)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• EMR EPIC
• Skills Assessment GSP skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
