ALDI - 2450 Southwest 19th Avenue Road - Responsibilities: Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with store management as needed; Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy our customers and achieve consistent high performance; Executes opening and closing duties in the absence of store management; Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately scan and process customer purchases; Ensures store personnel adhere to expense guidelines, inventory procedures, product handling, and cash handling policies to minimize loss
