ALDI - 727 West Noble Avenue - Responsibilities: Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy our customers and achieve consistent high performance.; Executes opening and closing duties in the absence of store management.; Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.; Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately scan and process customer purchases.; Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
