The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ocala, FL. The role requires overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, planning menus, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities also include budgeting, inventory management, and coordinating with other departments to align with the club's mission of exceptional service. The manager will develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, train staff, and strive for excellence in all aspects of food and beverage operations.

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including staff management and customer service excellence
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and inventory management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proven ability to plan and execute menus and coordinate events
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in office and industry-specific software tools
• Flexible approach to problem-solving and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in food and beverage management, particularly in a private club or similar setting, is a plus
