As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you. You understand that you will be working in a open station, where clients observe your uniform, neat and clean station, food presentation and everything else.
