Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Sand or grind parts or bevel edges in preparation for welding.; Feather, flute, flat and level grind, and remove sharp edges to prevent surface stress and fatigue fractures.; Detect dents, holes, and substrate inconsistencies.; Work from process sheets, shop orders, prints, schedules, and pick-lists.; Repair defects and apply fillers to meet surface finish requirements
