Legend Senior Living - 2650 Southeast 18th Avenue - Responsibilities: Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety; Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment; Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs; Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors; Communicating effectively with residents and staff
