Respiratory Therapist - $20K Sign-On Bonus!

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a fast-paced acute-care hospital in Ocala, FL. This healthcare organization is known for its strong clinical standards, advanced respiratory technologies, and collaborative care environment. In this role, respiratory therapists will support patients across a wide range of acuity levels, delivering critical respiratory care in a setting where every shift offers meaningful impact and professional growth.

Shift Options:

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days & Nights

Compensation Notes:

• $29.56 - $40.65/hr + Shift Differential if Applicable
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus!

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:

• Provide and monitor comprehensive respiratory care, adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain clear communication with patients and providers to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications for Respiratory Therapist:

• Clear & Active FL RRT or RCP License
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
