We are looking for a BDC Associate to join our team. Duties include handling incoming and outgoing Service calls, and setting appointments. Must be organized, customer service oriented, plus have a strong work ethic. If this sounds like you, please apply!

• Maintain communication with customers to ensure that they are pleased with the service offered
• Greet every customer and assist with any question or inquiry
• Answering incoming calls
• Set appointments with existing and new customers
• Provide outstanding customer service

• Knowledge with Excel and Word
