Waste Connections - - Responsibilities: Work with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service concerns; Analyze and resolve issues such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property matters; Provide drivers with support and clarification for pickups and deliveries; Schedule and dispatch work to drivers throughout the day; Utilize Waste Connections proprietary software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
