Job Details

We invite dedicated Physician Assistants to join our team as independent contractors, providing essential services to our Military Service members. Our work primarily takes place on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts as needed.

As part of the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we help maintain the medical and dental readiness of a deployable military force for various branches including:

• U.S. Army Reserve
• Army National Guard
• U.S. Navy Reserve
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve
• Air National Guard
• U.S. Air Force Reserve

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review medical histories, service member records, and health questionnaires.
• Conduct interviews to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns that need immediate attention, including Behavioral Health issues.
• Document findings in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.

• Active PA license (state-specific requirements may apply).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Preferred experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
• Experience with mobile medical services is a plus.
• Knowledge of military systems and protocols is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high volume of service members.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to various locations.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Note: You will not be required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.
