Job Title

This position works a 10-hour shift 6a - 4:30p Monday - Thursday with potential overtime on Friday

Summary

This is a multi-post position requiring continuous monitoring of Inventories, Production needs, and Purchase requests as they relate to meeting day to day production goals. This position works closely with production, purchasing, and the shipping department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Material Handler And Inventory:

• Maintain all production related inventory at stock levels.
• Place orders through purchasing.
• Work with production team and purchasing for inventory projections.
• Coordinate inventory audits with purchasing.

Pre-Production Staging Machine Side:

• Pull and stage materials for CNC machinery for each jobs' Bill of Materials (BOM) including remnants
• Enter all inventory pulls into ERP system and ensures accuracy of transactions.
• Move scrap to the proper staging areas when completed.

Receiving:

• Ensure all product received matches all purchase order criteria and is in perfect condition. All damaged packaging MUST be photographed and notated on freight companies' paperwork.
• Notify purchasing and the production manager of any product discrepancies.
• Complete all required receiving entries in all necessary systems daily.
• Upon receipt, restock all immediate use and backup inventory locations.

Requirements

• Moderate physical activity requiring agility and manual dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending as well as lifting or moving objects.
• Proficiency with computer apps and programs.
• Maintains all equipment to specifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Maintains all work areas to be clean, organized and properly labeled.
• Must be organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment, but also capable of completing individual tasks in a timely manner.
