Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance and operational concerns; Monitor access points and control vehicle and pedestrian entry by verifying identification, directing truck traffic, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per location requirements; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, medical events, and/or disturbances to the appropriate contacts; Operate security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communication tools, and complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation
