The Oncology Institute of Hope & Innovation (TOI) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Hematology & Oncology to joinour new clinic in Ocala, FL. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
• Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
• Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
