About the Role:

As an RME Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for creating effective maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role involves screening Asset Performance Management (APM) work orders, auditing equipment to document requirements, and estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders. You will support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. Collaboration with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities during available downtime is essential. You will also ensure spare parts are ordered and stocked for both planned and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze work orders and schedule maintenance activities based on resources, criticality, and maintenance windows.
  • Perform equipment audits to document job requirements, order spare parts, and coordinate vendor repairs.
  • Plan reliability improvement projects and gather engineering drawings and technical specifications to enhance system efficiency.
  • Drive proactive maintenance programs to achieve 85% planned work targets, ensuring all activities stem from APM.
  • Be prepared to move up to 49lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • 1+ years of experience using a computer maintenance management system for planning and scheduling.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • 4+ years of experience with enterprise asset management software suites.
  • Experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of material handling systems (MHS).

Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation determined by factors including experience and qualifications.
