Your Role and Responsibilities:
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers.
Welcome and greet customers with a positive attitude.
Set the tone for an outstanding customer experience from the moment they arrive.
Manage VIP appointments and guide customers to the appropriate team members.
Handle front desk operations including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Track sales calls using our CRM system.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success on a daily basis.
Respond to inquiries and assist customers with questions at the reception desk.
Willingly take on additional duties that may arise as necessary.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with leadership qualities to confidently manage situations.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with a team-oriented attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Capability to cater to a diverse clientele with care and attention.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Compensation and Benefits:
