Overview of Responsibilities

As a Grocery Store Team Member, you'll engage in multiple sections, from dry grocery to dairy, and frozen foods, ensuring our store remains organized and welcoming. Your responsibilities include:

• Stocking shelves and filling frozen food bins
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Receiving product deliveries and verifying accuracy
• Rotating merchandise to guarantee freshness for customers
• Using various equipment to move products to the sales floor

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from specific tasks, such as using knives and ladders, operating heavy equipment, or working in coolers or freezers for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful, demonstrating a high ethical standard within our diverse workplace culture
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills for effective customer interactions
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while staying organized and prioritizing effectively
• Must be capable of moving boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. and transferring items vertically/horizontally for 5 feet
• Commitment to safety, health, and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to perform other assigned duties
