Front Desk & Membership Specialist

Position Overview

Anytime Fitness, Baseline Rd Ocala, is seeking a professional, energetic, and fitness-minded individual to serve as our Front Desk & Membership Specialist. This role is the first impression of our brand and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional member experiences while driving membership growth.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in fitness and a natural ability to build relationships and confidently present membership options. This position offers hourly pay with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission based on performance.

Schedule

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Thursday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Hours may fluctuate based on scheduled membership appointments and club needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests

• Deliver a professional and welcoming front desk experience

• Conduct tours and confidently present membership options

• Follow up with leads and booked appointments

• Assist with membership sales and retention efforts

• Schedule consultations and track prospects

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas

• Support daily operations and team communication

Qualifications

• Required: Background in fitness (personal training, coaching, or fitness-related work experience)

• Sales experience or strong comfort with presenting and closing memberships

• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)

• Ability to adapt to fluctuating hours based on appointments

• Team player with a positive attitude

Compensation

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
