Builders FirstSource - 3010 Northeast 24th Street - Responsibilities: Investigate and examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer; reports back to the Customer Service team on findings; Recommend replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness; Negotiate and approve third party repair/adjustment; inspect completed work for quality adherence; Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals; Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures
