Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Fabric Cutter / Warehouse Associate to join a local manufacturing team. This role involves measuring, marking, and cutting fabric, preparing materials for sewing, and assisting with general warehouse duties. It is a hands-on, physical position that requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a warm environment.

Pay: $16.00 per hour - Weekly Pay, Every Friday
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

• Use measuring tapes, chalk lines, and patterns to mark and cut fabric
• Stretch fabric outdoors for cutting and preparation
• Transport cut materials to sewing machines for cable installation
• Perform fabric testing, packaging, and boxing for shipment
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience using a measuring tape accurately
• Ability to perform physical work: frequent bending, lifting, and standing
• Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift/push up to 65 lbs.
• Comfortable working in warm environments
