Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Schedule appointments, handle mail, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
  • Provide information to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries or escalating as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, document creation, and email management.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic computer tasks.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
