About the Role

The Marquee Moments Associate assists in delivering engaging activity programs that enrich residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and implementing daily and special activity programs.
• Encourage resident participation in group and individual events.
• Coordinate volunteer efforts and help prepare event materials.
• Accompany residents on outings as needed.
• Promote a positive, engaging atmosphere for all participants.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Diploma required; degree in Recreation, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Strong communication and creativity skills.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lead group activities and move throughout the community as needed.
