The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitizing and cleaning of all utensils, dishes, and equipment. The dishwasher ensures that wares of the front and back of house are organized and properly cleaned.

• Cleans all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Follows strict sanitation requirements.

• Assists kitchen staff as needed.
