Work-From-Home Call Center Agent

We are hiring for work-from-home call center agents for a transportation management company in Phoenix, AZ. This job does require being available for two weeks of on-site training before moving to fully remote/work-from-home. Customer service representatives (CSRs) are the frontline for handling high-volume calls (100+ per day) and assisting members with ride ETAs and scheduled transportation to and from doctors' appointments. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls, data entry, and processing requests members may have. Agents are expected to meet KPI metrics consistently.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of call center experience (all industry call center experience is welcome)
  • Preferred: experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day)
  • Automatic dialer system calls are back-to-back
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed (no hotspots)
  • Cannot be in a caretaking role during work hours

Job type & location:

This is a contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
