Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Ocala, FL to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $18-31/hour with working hours of

MONDAYS, TUES, THURS: 7:30am - 5p

WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS: 6:30am - 4p

Duties:

• Update and maintain client's dental records
• Chart in OpenDental
• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
• Take and process X-rays of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Radiology certificate
• Previous dental assisting experience, preferred
• Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
• CDA or Expanded functions HIGHLY PREFERRED
