Plant Operator
Pay Rate: $18/hr, paid weekly
Hours:

• 6am-630pm-" Swing Shift" will need to be flexible with working weekends 1 or 2 times a month.
• 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. 2 days off and Rotate.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program.
• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise.
• Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis.
• Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly.
• Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to do repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform all duties, including standing and squatting for extended periods of time, work in an environment with dust and noise, and around equipment
