Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney
Lawyer Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a small reputable boutique firm in Miami. The individual in this role would be responsible for managing cases in complex commercial/business litigation. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in commercial litigation. The position is hybrid in North Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
• Build trusting relationships with clients.
• Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 8-12 years of experience in complex commercial/business litigation.
• Experience in business litigation including contract/business disputes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred to have a book of business (100k min desired).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary $175,000 to $200,000
