Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Service Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our service customers.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties include:
· Greeting customers in a welcoming and courteous manner.
· Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
· Providing information and answer inquiries about our RV models, pricing, and services.
· Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
· Processing updates at the computer and accepting deliveries.
· Collecting and distributing mail and packages.
· Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the service desk area.
· Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
· Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel, Outlook).
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
