United Plastic Fabricating is the industry leader in the manufacture of plastic water tanks for the fire industry. In addition, we design and manufacture a variety of products for the industrial and transportation markets. As an entry level engineer you could work in any of these disciplines and/or rotate through each for training:Sales Engineer, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer. Assists in preparation of preliminary outlines, layouts and sketches for sales quotes. Assist customers with questions such as design feasibility and volume calculations. Evaluates new orders for manufacturability/warranty concerns. Receive, examine and enter sales orders to verify completeness and accuracy of data and manufacturability. Review and resolve any previously reported issues prior to releasing. Provide engineering and assurance to ensure products are produced to meet customer requirements and expectations.
