Program Director (Cost of Care - Network)

Overview

Lead governance and oversight of strategic and operational project portfolios, with a focus on Network Cost of Care initiatives. Drive structure, organization, and decision-making across complex programs. Present confidently to C-level executives and manage key relationships with Corporate EPMO, IT, and Cost of Care stakeholders including COEs, Operating Domains, Med Econ, and Finance.

Responsible for the Management of internal business projects and programs involving department orcross-functionalteamsofsubjectmatterexperts, deliveringproductsthroughthedesignprocess to completion.Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.Monitors the project from inceptionthroughdelivery.Mayengageandoverseetheworkofexternalvendors.Assigns,directs and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management, ratherthan the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members. Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

7-9 years

Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
