Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures
• Communicate benefits information to employees and answer their inquiries
• Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts
• Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for management
• Conduct training sessions for employees on benefits offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting employee benefits
• Support the recruitment process by providing benefits information to potential hires
• Evaluate and recommend changes to improve the benefits program
• Work collaboratively with staff to understand company benefits needs and propose solutions
• Evaluate and analyze employee benefits results and explore new cost-effective benefits solutions
