Senior Product Manager Were looking for an experienced Product Manager passionate about cutting-edge AI and security, who thrives on solving complex problems for technical users. This role offers the chance to shape the future of secure AI, driving innovative features for Lakera Guard, and collaborating with top companies to tackle the challenges of AI safety. Its a unique opportunity to create impactful solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, defining a new industry at the intersection of AI and security.

As a Senior Product Manager you will operate at the cutting edge of AI, leading developments in AI safety and security for global impact. You will drive implementation of features for our flagship GenAI security platform, Lakera Guard. This role will product manage our Guard Applications team, focused on the core API & UI experience of Lakera Guard. You will conduct comprehensive research to understand users and customers, craft and implement a product vision, and shape the forefront of the AI security space.

What You'll Do & Your Impact

• Help improve and create new security products that keep AI agents safe and secure.
• Collaborate with product and company leadership to align Lakera Guard strategy with the companys goals.
• Develop a comprehensive and prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing) to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform feature development and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive success in 0 to 1 products and features, iterating based on early customer feedback.
• Support the CSM and sales teams with technical expertise and product knowledge as needed.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• 4-8+ years experience in enterprise SaaS Product Management, preferably in application security or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of application security fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI agents. Experience in prompt engineering and evaluation in a production system is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams globally.
• Track record of end-to-end delivery of software with significant enterprise impact.
• Ability to understand and solve problems for technical users and buyers (developers, security teams, infrastructure teams).
• Experience driving product improvements through rapid experimentation and iteration in an enterprise context with distributed teams.

Our final compensation for this role will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the position, as well as the candidates experience and qualifications. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated annual base salary range is $170,000$200,000 USD.
