An opportunity is available for a self-motivated, hard-working individual, with strong facility management, visitor services, protection, and maintenance experience to fill a Park Service Specialist position on the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. Your Specific Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the maintenance, preservation, protection, and operation of trailheads, trails, recreation areas, and other facilities located on the Cross Florida Greenway. Coordinate and work with crews and contractors to ensure timely and proper completion of assigned tasks and projects. Responsible for the maintenance and operations functions of the Cross Florida Greenway as assigned by supervisor. Communicate and coordinate activities with supervisors and co-workers. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Cross Florida Greenway partners and user groups to ensure conflict resolution regarding maintenance and operation activities.
