We're looking for a mission-driven leader to guide clinical services for children, youth, and families in community-based programs.
This role is all about impact, providing oversight, mentorship, and clinical supervision to therapists working in homes, schools, and neighborhoods. The Director of Clinical Services ensures therapeutic care is trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive, while also maintaining compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and quality standards.
What you'll bring:
✔️ A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
✔️ Active state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatric ARNP, or PA with relevant specialization)
✔️ 5+ years of experience supporting children, youth, and families in behavioral health or child welfare
✔️ Supervisory experience and expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and family systems work
What you'll do:
🌟 Lead and mentor a team of therapists delivering therapy in home, school, and community settings
🌟 Oversee treatment planning and clinical documentation
🌟 Support staff in high-risk cases, crisis response, and care coordination
