The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all hotels, with a focus on the Group, Business Travel, Contract, and Catering Segments. This role will also support the growth of third-party management contracts by promoting our expertise to prospective owners, participating in RFPs and pitch meetings, and fostering strong relationships with asset managers and owners. Responsibilities: • Develop key sales performance metrics to align with budgeted top-line and NOI goals. • Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to enhance client engagement and lead development. • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals. • Represent our property in industry panels, advisory boards, and brand-related opportunities. • Oversee and execute sales strategies customized to portfolio and hotel-specific needs. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience in a multi-brand hotel management company • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of the time. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
