Job Details

Responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting guests, providing locker set up of robes and slippers, beverages and checking in and checking out of guests. Ensure pre-selling, up-selling and cross-selling of services and retail products to each guest. Relay with confidence both product and service benefits to guests and assist with closing of retail sales. Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed. Communicate spa promotions with guests. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of spa facility, and locker room. Responsible for escorting guests to the locker room, relaxation area and enlightening them on their services. Perform daily general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in the spa facility. Ability to ensure cash handling procedures are always adhered to. Ensure all guest challenges are resolved in a timely manner and management is made aware of situation.
