We're hiring a Sales Manager to join our high-performing Allstate agency in Belleview, FL. This is a great opportunity for a proven sales leader who thrives on motivating teams, driving numbers, and growing something meaningful.

As our Sales Manager, you'll own performance across our sales team, lead with strategy and accountability, and collaborate with agency leadership to scale our business. You'll also be the daily go-to for our producers-guiding, coaching, and building a culture of success.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience
• Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to team production
• Uncapped earning potential

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a sales management role
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred (but not required)
• To begin paid training, a 4-40 license at minimum IS REQUIRED
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• High comfort level with metrics, dashboards, and performance management
• Goal-driven, organized, and process-oriented
• A positive presence that uplifts a team

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of licensed producers
• Drive performance metrics, accountability, and pipeline management
• Collaborate with ownership and marketing to optimize lead flow and growth goals
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Analyze trends and remove obstacles to conversion
• Champion a collaborative, high-energy team culture
