Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, human resources, payroll, and financial analysis. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about driving financial performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Controller, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the management team and stakeholders, ensuring all reporting is compliant with applicable regulations and standards.
3. Managing the human resources function, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
4. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and making strategic recommendations based on your findings.
5. Collaborating with other department leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
6. Ensuring the company's financial systems and procedures are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
7. Leading and developing the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a preference for experience in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, human resources, payroll, and financial analysis.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
5. Exceptional financial acumen, with a strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
6. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel.
